MAJOR BREAK (4) was in the money two runs ago then was about the mark again last time over 1 ¼m at this track, finishing 1.4 metres from the winner in second. Meets some better types this time but a well-deserved win is not out of the question. SWEET SPIRIT (7) drew wide last start and was easily accounted for, beaten 14 metres into sixth at Manawatu over 1 ¼m. Must overcome another very wide draw. Meets a similar line up and she can figure in the finish. SHOWTYM GIRL (2) is worth plenty of thought off a last-start win by 2.75 metres at Cambridge Raceway over 1 ?m. MESSENGER BUOY (6) must be considered after he finished runner-up over 1 ?m at Cambridge Raceway two-and-a-half weeks ago.
