Will enjoy a nice run from this favourable starting position. Finds a tougher race but the hat-trick is not out of the question. DIRECT COMMAND (1) was responsible for a better performance at his latest appearance when second over 1 5/16m at Shepparton, beaten 3 metres. Likely to get all the favours from this nice draw. Primary contender in this comparable race. JUST MIKI (4) is heading the right way, improving last time out to finish third at Maryborough over 1 m. Genuine threat. RESURGENT WARRIOR (5) could only manage ninth when resuming over 1 ¹/16m at Mildura last start. Can do better.
