THANOS was a major eye-catcher when runner-up on his nursery debut at Newcastle, finishing strongly after encountering traffic problems for much of the race. The winner of that nursery has gone in again since and Thanos, who remains open to improvement, will prove hard to beat granted better luck. Superstorm also put in good late work on his first run in a nursery at Lingfield and gets the nod ahead of My Dad Tom for forecast purposes. Heated Moment and Seance both need a market check.
