She has been crying out for a middle-distance, and gets her chance to take the next step immediately. LEAVE A LIGHT ON (11) was a brave third here fresh up over a mile last week, and both of her career wins have been on this circuit. If this race has not come too soon for her, then she will be hard to hold out. AYTEEM (1) is a stablemate of the second pick who will be peaking third up from a spell. He was a brave runner-up in a similar field to this here last week, and his next win is not far away. LATEST MODEL (10) is knocking on the door for another win, and she followed up a head defeat at Waverly in her penultimate start with another runner-up finish there 15 days ago. She will get back, and will only need the gaps to appear to be a top 3 chance again. PROBOY (4) was doing his best work late over 1 ?m at New Plymouth last time out. The extra 1 ¼f is the key.
