DAEBAK STAR (8) was in the firing line on the turn and ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 1 ?m at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Finds a suitable race and can play a major role. BROWN GOLD (2) missed the placings when resuming at this track two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1 ¹/16m at this track, beaten 4 lengths. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. EAST WEST (5) was comfortably accounted for when fourth last time out over 1 ?m at this track, beaten 4 lengths, after a win at this track at the previous outing. Worth another chance.
