Verdict

ENTERPRISE (1) finished fifth as an odds-on favourite fresh up just over 3 weeks ago on the poly track at Riccarton. He only peaked on his run late that day, and is like to race right on the pace in this. He strips fitter, and should go close to taking this out. Follow your money. KYBOSHE (8) was a brave runner-up here in her penultimate start, and then was a game fourth as favourite on this track last time out. She is racing well enough, and her first win is not far away. KAD (3) has been freshened up since his last start second at long odds at Timaru in June when resuming from a spell. He has some upside and will be among the hardest to beat in this, but don't expect another fancy price. THE COOL ONE (4) peaked on his effort late here when resuming from a spell and is expected to improve sharply with that run under his belt. Each-way claims in this. SOLAR SAINT (9) made good progress in her initial prep and will be stronger this season. Use the market as your best guide.
