Verdict

WINGMEN shaped with plenty of promise behind a hugely exciting one on his chasing debut over C&D last month and, although the third has let the form down slightly since, he's still expected to improve on that initial promise and go one better. Slade Steel failed to land the odds on both his starts over fences last season but it's dangerous to assume he's shown all he can as a chaser. Kopeck de Mee has the physique to do well in this sphere and warrants plenty of respect, also.

Kopeck De Mee (Fr) silk

Successful on his final 3 outings in France for J. Boisnard and showed vastly more of what he's about following his Martin Pipe blowout when neck second of 20 in premier handicap at Aintree (20f) in April, finishing with running left. Has the physique to do well over fences.
