Verdict

SPIRIT OF SPITFIRE (1) drew much wider when resuming and hit the line nicely. That was just her second race start so she is open to improvement in both fitness and experience and is much better served by the inside draw. MELTON ENFORCER (7) draws wider but there was plenty of merit in the last effort when he finished third at this circuit and distance on Monday. With even luck he is good enough to win a race of this calibre. RUN BLAZE RUN (5) came from a similar draw for fourth on debut. Strips fitter and can progress. CANDY GIRL (3) is improving with racing this time in and will be cherry-ripe fourth-up.
