TANGO ON (5) did some early work to find the lead then tried very hard but wilted late last start over 5 ½f at Newcastle. Very fit gelding who gets in with a similar weight back in a country maiden. Suited coming back to 5f and is a nice bet at big odds. The impeccably bred CHISHOLM (1) returned from a 24-week spell last time out and finished a distance third over 4 ½f at Newcastle. Stakes placed on debut so she has a touch of quality. Likely to start pretty short and is the obvious threat. ROCKABYE ROXY (6) has not appeared since finding the line well to get up for third on debut over 5 ?f at the Canberra Acton track in June. Trialled nicely at Warwick Farm recently and should be prominent when the judge calls a halt. Bjorn Baker's CUESTA (2) returns from a five-month lay-off. Consistent performer last prep whose strong recent trial form points towards a strong return. COOL BLAZE (3) edged Chisholm out of second when they clashed at Newcastle recently. In the mix.
