LIVE MUSTARD (2) returned from a four months break over 7 ½f last start and got the job done by a nose at this track. Has started three times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Yujiro Tanabata who has scored on him four times retains the mount. Best form puts him right in this. NATURAL TURN (9) finished seventh two runs back at Kawasaki then improved last time out to score by one length after being in the firing line on the corner over 7f at Kawasaki. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is capable of another big performance. BITCOIN (8) turned things around last start and got the job done by a neck after being prominent at the turn as favourite over 6f at Funabashi. Must raise the bar but he has the ability to test this field. KUMANOKO (4) scored last start at this track to make it three wins from six starts this campaign. Drawn to enjoy a nice run just off the lead. Not to be discounted.
