HANUMAN BEACH (6) pushed forward and went on to record a determined win last start by a neck over 1m at Funabashi. Tackling a more suitable race so he is perfectly placed to score. MARRON LUPINUS (7) settled well back from a wide draw last time then wound up strongly to finish fourth over 7f at Kawasaki. Will drift back again but is going to be hard to hold out. FUKUFUKUTENTEN (5) is racing well without being able to break through, the latest effort a third over 7f at Kawasaki two weeks ago. In-form five-year-old mare and is high among the chances. VOGELWAND (9) had support when resuming last time out but never threatened when a disappointing eighth over 4f at this track. Solid contender in this lineup.
