EIFER SHADOW (1) recorded a gutsy maiden victory last time out over 7f at Urawa, scoring by a neck. Aided by the rails draw and he can go on with it. ODENTA (3) struggled to make an impression at Hanshin Dirt last time following a minor placing on debut the run before. Much easier this time and is well placed to play a major role. TOKUSHI ODIN (7) returns from a layoff of four months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last prep over this trip at Ohi. Now under the care of new trainer Kiyoshige Arai. Has to be respected.
