BIENVENUE (12) motored home to finish runner-up here last time out and the addition of the blinkers seems to have worked a treat with his promising gelding. He has a better gate this time and if he can settle a couple of pairs closer to the pace, he can have the last say this time. SKY JOY (1) improved from a bold effort for second fresh up to score comfortably in this grade last time out by half a length. He should cope with a 7lbs weight rise and from a superior gate, he can double the dose. QUICK CONTRIBUTION (7) had a rocky run when finishing runner-up at his local debut here 18 days ago. He will eventually want more ground but will improve naturally and has top 3 claims this time. WITH A SMILE (11) has been showing good signs at the trials and is perfectly drawn in the pole position for his debut. Zac Purton keeps the faith from the trials and he can make a winning debut.
