ROMANTIC SON (1) sat handy and was too good over this course and distance last time out, getting the perfect run in transit and saluting. The wide draw this time is a niggle, but he rates highly on his latest performance and has the speed to work across from out wide. Can repeat the dose. PERFECTDAY (5) won well two back before a 1L defeat over this track and trip 21 days ago. The addition of a tongue tie is interesting and Purton remains in the saddle. Looks to have plenty of upside and can fly over the top and return to winning ways. CALIFORNIA BLITZ (9) hasn't turned in a poor performance for some time now and remains down in the weights today. His latest effort when up to this grade was strong and he has enough speed to negotiate the tricky alley. Can be handy in the run and put his best foot forward. KEEN MOLLY (6) gets the blinkers back on today and can feature.
