KINGOFTHEKLONDIKE (10) finished 2 metres from the winner in second at Burnie over 1 5/16m last start at his first career run. Should enjoy a nice smother from this draw and will be looking for a split at some stage. Meets a comparable field so he can certainly take this out. OBLER (13) is going well, with a minor placing two starts ago then a commendable third last time out over 1 5/16m at Burnie where he broke in running. Not drawn to best so may need a 10/10 drive.
