Drawn to enjoy a cosy run but might need things to go his way at some stage. Must raise the bar but a return to winning form is not out of the question. RIMU VALLEY (8) finished fifth at this venue two starts back then was highly competitive at his latest appearance over 1 ¹/16m at the same circuit, beaten only 1.5 metres into second after being up on the pace from the outset. Meets a similar line up and he is a strong winning hope. SPORTING RAGE (1) is in the mix following a sixth at his most recent appearance over 1 ¹/16m at this circuit. Must be included from the coveted pegs draw. NOBLE TRICK (3) has drawn to advantage and should give backers a great sight.
