OWEN THE SAINTS (12) is in good form. Won from this line at Bendigo last month and hasn't been far away since, coming from a similar draw to this for third at his latest appearance at Swan Hill, beaten 2.3 metres. Yet to miss a place at this distance. Can win with even luck. A ROCKNROLL JET (9) made it back-to-back placings when he kept chasing for third last start at Charlton. Draws out a little on the second line but came from a similar barrier for second the last time he raced here. VINCE LOMBARDI (8) was a beaten favourite last start but was forced to work. Placed in his previous two attempts here so is worth another chance. MISS OUT (10) may need some luck from an awkward draw but deserves respect off the last-start win in SA.
