Verdict

There was plenty of merit in the latest performance of KEAYANG BLUE JEANS (4) when fourth in a higher-graded race at Menangle. Draws a couple of spots wider but this looks a winnable assignment. ALWAYS BE BRENDAN (9) looks close to a win after back-to-back seconds at Wagga, missing narrowly last time. Draws on the back row but could break through if the gaps come. JUST ROCKNROLL (7) will be close to peak fitness after placing in both starts since a spell, coming from a similar draw to this for a respectable third at his most recent appearance at Newcastle. DREAM TO DANCE (6) is working up to a win and was good when runner-up from this barrier last week at Newcastle.
