ARTIE STEAMER (1) worked hard from the sticky draw and showed a ton of grit in the straight with a fighting second over 7 ½f at Newcastle. Well drawn today and expected to get off the mark. LEGO MASTER (2) at his peak for this and jumps in class after being run down late with a tough second over 7 ½f at Goulburn. Key jockey change and shapes as the main danger. DISGRUNTLED (4) two career runs on the country tracks have been okay and expect to see her a little closer here. Sure to be doing her best work late. SO SUPERIOR (8) resumes. Went hard early and folded up in the straight when fourth over 1 ¼m at Canberra. Ran second in a recent trial over 6f at Warwick Farm. Slim place contender.
