Verdict

STORYVILLE (1) won the Peters before never looking likely in the Railway Stakes when beaten 5.1L. Pike hops back in the saddle though and this looks a very big drop in grade from what she's been taking on. Carries top weight but deserves to and looks the one to beat. MACHINE GUN GRACIE (2) is an exciting mare on resumption after winning both the Oaks and Derby last time in work. She's a very progressive type and the mile fresh looks a good move judging by her latest trial. Maps to be prominent in the run and can make an impression on debut. NOTEWORTHY (7) returned with a bang over the 7f journey and the form out of that race has been very good. Chris Parnham rides now and she boasts a strong second-up record. Can raise the bar in what looks a suitable race. BONJOY (3) has been knocking on the door this time in work and now out to the mile looks a big tick for her chances. LUVNWAR (4) won't be far away getting out to the mile now.
