Caitlin Clark WNBA Betting Specials: Best Bets for Clark's Rookie Season
The buzz surrounding Caitlin Clark is as real as it gets.
After her historic college career, one that concluded in a loss to South Carolina in the NCAA Tournament Championship, Clark didn't have to wait long for her next move. The Indiana Fever selected Clark as the No. 1 pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft -- making her the face of the team alongside 2023 No. 1 pick Aliyah Boston.
FanDuel Sportsbook has a special market all about Clark's rookie season, including specials such as leading the Fever in points and how many points Clark may average.
Let's check out the full lineup of Caitlin Clark WNBA Betting Specials via the WNBA odds on FanDuel Sportsbook.
Caitlin Clark WNBA Betting Specials
Average 22+ Points Per Game In the Regular Season (Must Play 28+ Regular Season Games)
FanDuel Sportsbook Odds: -135
Out of all the specials, this one might be the most exciting for Clark in her first year.
In her college career, Clark averaged an insane 28.4 points per game. While it's easy to love Clark to Lead Indiana Fever in Scoring in the 2024 WNBA Regular Season (-280), the -280 odds are pretty steep. I'm more inclined to take Clark to score at least 22.0 points per night.
Only three players were able to average 22+ points last season -- Jewell Loyd with 24.7, Breanna Stewart with 23.0, and A'ja Wilson with 22.8. These three are not only veterans but proven stars, with two of the three winning multiple MVPs in their careers.
Even with all of that being the case, Clark is different from many other players who step into the league. She's the NCAA leader in three-pointers (548) and will be the focal point of the Fever's offense. Her three-point prowess should help her points-per-game average, and she's also a career 85.8% free-throw shooter.
There will be adjustments for Clark to make, but it shouldn't take long. She'll also likely have the green light for a Fever team that went just 12-27 last year.
Record 1+ Made Three in Every Regular Season Game (Must Play 28+ Regular Season Games)
FanDuel Sportsbook Odds: +300
A three-pointer made every single game is no easy task, but it's a fun one when you're betting on a shooter who is as talented as Clark is.
As noted above, she set the NCAA record for three-point makes in a career with 548. She accomplished that in just 139 games -- good for 3.94 threes per game. Clark hit at least one three in every game for Iowa last season. She did the same things as a junior, as well. You have to go back to January 13th, 2022 for the last game Clark played and didn't cash at least one triple -- a span of 96 straight games with a made three.
Clark's career shooting percentage from beyond the arc sat at 37.7% in college. Considering that the Fever will need Clark to be hitting shots from everywhere on the court to be competitive this season, she's got a chance to hit this bet.
At +300 odds, this is one worth thinking about as Clark steps into her first season in the league.
