Hailing from the Golden State of California, Gabriel grew up in the Bay Area competing in myriad athletics before graduating from UC San Diego. Previously affiliated with Circa Sports, Vox Media, KNBR and the Las Vegas Raiders, Gabriel also broadcasts play-by-play action for UNLV and Cal State Fullerton.
